Day 1: Arrival in Paro
● Upon your arrival in Paro, you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you will visit the National Museum, also known as Ta Dzong. Later in the day, you will explore the Paro Rinpung Dzong, one of the most iconic structures in Bhutan. The fortress serves as a monastic and administrative center for the Paro district.
Day 2: Paro Valley
● Today you will explore the Paro Valley, starting with a hike to the famous Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest. The monastery is one of the most sacred sites in Bhutan and is perched on a cliff 900 meters above the Paro Valley. After lunch, you will visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan.
Day 3: Thimphu
● After breakfast, you will drive to the capital city, Thimphu. En route, you will visit the Tamchog Lhakhang Iron Bridge, built in the 15th century. In Thimphu, you will visit the National Memorial Chorten, a stupa built in memory of the third King of Bhutan. You will also visit the Tashichho Dzong, a fortress that serves as the seat of the Bhutanese government.
Day 4: Thimphu
● Today you will spend the day exploring Thimphu. You will visit the Folk Heritage Museum, which showcases traditional Bhutanese life. Later, you will visit the National Institute of Zorig Chusum, where students learn traditional arts and crafts such as painting, sculpture, and embroidery. In the evening, you will visit the Buddha Dordenma statue, one of the largest statues of Buddha in the world.
Day 5: Punakha
● After breakfast, you will drive to Punakha, the old capital of Bhutan. En route, you will stop at Dochula Pass, which offers stunning views of the Himalayas. In Punakha, you will visit the Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful and historically important fortresses in Bhutan.
Day 6: Punakha
● Today you will explore Punakha further. You will visit the Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Fertility Temple. After lunch, you will hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a stupa built by the Queen Mother to bring peace and harmony to the world.
Day 7: Phobjikha Valley
● After breakfast, you will drive to Phobjikha Valley, a scenic glacial valley and one of the most important wildlife sanctuaries in Bhutan. Here, you will visit the Gangtey Monastery, one of the oldest Nyingma monasteries in Bhutan.
Day 8: Phuentsholing
● After breakfast, you will drive to Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. On the way, you will stop at the Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fortress in Bhutan. After arriving in Phuentsholing, you will have free time to explore the town and do some last-minute shopping.
Day 9: Departure
● After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in Bagdogra, India, for your onward journey. This concludes your Bhutan Culture Tour.

Throughout the year, the tourist season in this location is divided into high and low seasons.
The high season occurs during the months of March to May and September to November, while the low season occurs during December to February and June to August.

* If you already have your flights to and from Bhutan, we can still accept bookings up to a week before your scheduled departure.
* Visa processing only takes 4-5 business days, but securing flights can be tricky, especially during peak seasons.
* Bhutan only has two airlines that connect to other countries and currently serves cities such as Bagdogra, Bangkok, Delhi, Dhaka, Guwahati, Kathmandu, Kolkata, and Singapore. It is recommended that you book your international flights a few months in advance, particularly during the high season months of March to May and September to November. If you need assistance with arranging flights, kindly let us know ahead of time.
* Once you have booked the tour, please provide clear passport copies of all participants, with a minimum validity of 6 months from your departure date. You may also need to check your passport requirements for your next destination after Bhutan.
* Youth aged 12-18 years old should provide a valid Student Photo ID Card or document to avail of the discounted price, and they must be accompanied by at least one full-paying adult.
* We will send you a copy of your e-Visa, which you need to print and present at the check-in counter of your flight to Bhutan. This copy also serves as your entry ticket to all attractions in Bhutan.
* Our guide and driver will pick you up at Paro International Airport.
